Your Role:

Your role as Contract Administrator will include:

  • Travelling to remote Nunavik, Quebec communities and conducting general conformance review on assigned construction sites. Typical work rotations would be two weeks in the northern communities, and two weeks off.
  • Managing and tracking incoming and/or outgoing project tasks during the construction phase of projects.
  • Coordinating with Housing Project Manager, Consultants, and General Contractors to track project schedules, as well as being responsible for the submission of deliverables.
  • Conducting field reviews and contract administration duties, including populating and updates to various logs/schedules such as daily site reviews, weekly progress reports, and progress payments.
  • Writing and reviewing reports, specifications, and other engineering documents to ensure adherence to contract documents and quality standards.

This posting is a term contract which is estimated to start May 2025 and end in November/December 2025.
