Your Role:
Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include:
- Understanding industry and client trends to enable innovation in all aspects of the business by providing a corporate framework for the opportunity discovery process, tracking new innovative ideas, and defining the approval requirements for an initiative to be scoped.
- Empower innovation through the phases of conceptual scoping, feasibility design, and detailed design, tracking the potential ROI to the company at each stage.
- Guide teams, test concepts, and devise clever solutions to ambiguous problems, using both a deep toolkit of frameworks and ideas, and the courage, tenacity, and entrepreneurial spirit to get to the best outcomes for the firm.
- Act as historian to corporate change to recognize duplication or to understand where past initiatives that failed may have renewed application.
- Use proven, aligned experience in IT, software, data management, and a high affinity for digital and technological topics to manage and implement software projects.
- Measure innovation performance through tangible metrics and evaluations, ensuring data collection methodologies and interfaces report honest and useful findings, using deep experience in data visualization and modelling.
- Communicate the state of innovation to stakeholders at the firm by telling stories, articulating complex ideas, inspiring teams, and influencing others.
