Your Role:

Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include:

  • Residing in the beautiful Town of The Blue Mountains during the construction phase of the project.
  • Working directly from an on-site construction trailer, monitoring ongoing construction activities.
  • Administering and conducting the shop drawing review process, coordinating reviews by architects/engineers of record, managing the flow of documentation, and holding the contractor accountable for providing all necessary revisions to ensure accuracy of records.
  • Tracking contractor requests for information and collaborating with the project team to compile responses, including any required supplemental instructions.
  • Identifying, addressing, and resolving contractual, project, and technical issues, and ensuring that the best interests of the client and the natural environment are protected.
  • Evaluating contractor performance to maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Completing all necessary documentation for project warranties and closeouts.
  • Coordinating with the Project Manager and General Contractor to track project schedules, as well as being responsible for the submission of deliverables.
  • Conducting daily field inspections and perform contract administration duties, including maintaining various logs and schedules, performing site reviews, and preparing weekly progress reports and payment certificates.
  • Supporting additional projects by contributing to concept design, drafting, proposal development, and report writing, alongside on-site responsibilities.

* This posting is a term contract which is estimated to start August 2025 and is anticipated to end in November/December 2026.
