Your Role:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic IT projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Developing and managing the strategic initiatives budget.
  • Developing and implementing strategies in collaboration with the Innovation team to support the organization’s overall objectives and drive innovation.
  • Working closely with various departments to ensure IT initiatives align with business needs and objectives.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure the success of IT projects.
  • Overseeing relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Developing effective communication and training regarding IT strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Innovation team.
  • Setting goals and creating plans to meet them, including resource allocation and timelines.
  • Ensuring team members have the necessary tools and resources.
  • Encouraging team members to perform, ensuring the team is aligned with the goals and addressing and resolving issues within the team as they arise.
  • Monitoring individual staff and team performance and providing continuous improvement feedback.
  • Ensuring team members comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Staying abreast of the latest technology trends and integrating new solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
