Your Role a Human Resources Administrator:
Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As the Human Resources Administrator, your role will include:
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee and candidate records, screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and supporting general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and assisting with year-end HR activities.
- Drafting, coordinating, and finalizing various HR documents, including employment agreements, proof of employment letters, transfer/change memos, and company policies and procedures.
- Supporting onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Providing administrative support across People & Culture functions, including Health & Safety, Talent and Performance, and HR Operations.
- Scheduling and coordinating HR-related meetings, events, and initiatives, including compliance and safety training.
- Assisting in the coordination and administration of employee programs, which may include benefits, compensation, performance management, training and development, health & safety, and HRIS maintenance.
- Providing professional, kind, and effective communication across all levels of the organization and with external contacts.
- Contributing to employee engagement and wellness by organizing programs, events, and initiatives.
- Participating in ad-hoc and project-based HR improvement initiatives, including drafting and implementing new policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external HR inquiries, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.
