Your Role
Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include:
- Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvements and leveraging ERP capabilities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Developing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, directors, managers, and end users to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Designing and delivering training programs for end users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Overseeing data migration and integration processes.
- Establishing metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the ERP system and its impact on business operations.
- Managing relationships with ERP vendors and consultants, ensuring they deliver quality services and support.
