OTTAWA – J.L. Richards & Associates Limited (JLR) is excited to announce the appointment of Rory Martin, P.Eng., PMP., ing., APEGA, and EGBC as the new Director of Project Delivery.

Rory Martin brings extensive expertise in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, with a particular strength in alternative delivery methods. His career spans from communication and media relations to senior project management, giving him a unique perspective on both technical and human factors.
Rory combines a deep understanding of project financial tools with insight into human behavior and motivators, ensuring successful outcomes across all phases of delivery.
