JLR was selected to undertake a Class Environmental Assessment (EA) and to provide design and contract administration services for a new treated water storage reservoir and pumping station for the west end of the City of Kingston. JLR was the Prime Consultant for the Class EA and for the design and construction of an 8 million litre above-grade, glass-fused-to-steel storage reservoir and a pumping station with a firm capacity of 35 MLD. The project also incorporated two standby generators, a stormwater detention pond, and a new electrical service to the site.
